Simtech offers two socket fusion tools the T-PF 63 for sizes 20mm–63mm and the T-PF 110 for sizes 20mm–110mm. Tools include heating unit and bushings, clamping device, wrenches and metal carrying case. Standard heater bushings are coated with a higher temperature longer lasting grade of PTFE (Green). Tools have electronically controlled temperature settings. All tools are equipped with an on/off indicator, a main control indicator and an indicator that alerts operator that proper welding temperature has been reached.

The motion of the slides is controlled by a rack-and-pinion mechanism. Due to the steplessly adjustable prismatic clamping all outside diameters can be fixed.On the pipe side there is a double prism, on the fitting side there is an insertion stop.
