“The improved successor of our well and long tried WeldTech 4000!” welding machine for heating element butt welding of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes and fittingsfrom90mmupto315mm.With electro-hydraulic adjusting device for control and application of the welding pressure, planer with electrical chain drive in a closed aluminium housing, external chip removal, holding bracket for the heating element, adjustable timer, two transport handles, basic clamping device (with out diameter depending reduction inserts) swivelling on each side up to 15° for the welding of segmented bends and fittings.Theright-handclampingtoolisaxiallymovableforadjustment of diameter tolerances. Hydraulic unit, planer, heating element and clamping tools can be easily removed for transporting the machine even into difficultaccessiblerooms.
