Inside debeader for removing the welding bead in PE and PP pipes with an inside diameter from 90mm up to 500mm up to an insertion depth of maximum 20m application covered by three sizes of cutting heads. In an ideal case, the bead is cut out during the cooling-down period.

The device consists of:
Cutting head (230 V) with heated blade and PEEK surface sensors for scanning the inside pipe surface in order to avoid cutting into the basic material.

Guiding skids for cutting head and distance piece for the basic guide rod to adjust the respective inside diameter.

Guiding rods up to an insertion depth of 6m, 12m, or 20m (VA rods with locks as well as a motion rod with 2 handles).
