The WeldTech SPA 600 weld log recorder serves to a simple logging of the welds of butt welding with heating element. It can be combined with all WeldTech welding machines and has an easy user guidance. The unit consists of a solid sheet-steel case with built-in computer, outside temperature control, pressure absorber and parallel interface for customary printers. Furthermore it is prepared for the use of a PCMCIA memory card as well as a barcode reading pencil. The WeldTech SPA 600 is fixedtotheprotectiveframeofthehydraulicsystemand connected to the hydraulic system at the Schuko socket with a connecting cable. The pressure absorber is placed in the pressure line between the hydraulic coupling via a mini measuring tube and a t-piece.

The second temperature probe for transmitting the heating element temperature to the recorder is integrated in the heating element and connected to the unit with a connecting cable with special plug.
