larger image		IR 110 Simtech’s IR 110 is a light weight (61 Lbs) compact and portable machine, offering the broadest size range of any IR Machine 20mm to 110mm. Parallel facing of the surfaces by a high torque electric planer combined with a high-performance heating element (max. 600° C) ensures minimized weld beads that are, accurate and repeatable. Two sets of aluminum clamping devices cover the complete size range for fusion of pipe, fittings and valves. Simtech’s IR 110 combines simple trouble free operation along with proprietary non-contact infrared technology, excellent radiation characteristics along with an abrasion free surface coating, making the IR element suitable for the infrared welding of all common fluropolymers and polyolefin’s such as PP, PVDF, ECTFE and PFA.
