Serial welding machines WeldTech 2500 S/P CNC

The serial welding machines of the pro-duct line WeldTech 2500 CNC are avail-able in different models and classes of performance. According to your application you have the choice between the pneumatic model (WeldTech 2500 P CNC) and the servo-controlled variant (WeldTech 2500 S CNC), the performance being adapted to each single application. Basically, the drives can also be combined in order to meet special requirements. A common equipment of all models is the process-orientated control WeldTech CNC 3.0 for easiest handling and exact control of all parameters. Depending on the model, the machines have pneumatic or electric systems for handling and welding motions. The pneumatic systems of the WeldTech 2500 P CNC are mainly used for welding jobs with lower demands on precision of different ways and forces during the joining process. They allow welding forces being adjustable in smaller limits, however are mainly used for applications with motions onto a limit position. Essentially more flexibleinpositioningandexactlycontrollablein higher ranges of force is the servo-controlled system of the WeldTech 2500 S CNC. This system is mainly used in applications where different ways have to be driven and combinations of force and way control are necessary. The machines were developed especially for the fabrication of mean and larger weld series. The solid construction of all drives and guidance allow short cycle times at high repeat rates and precision. To fulfillpracticallyallrequirements,alargenumber of different heating elements and other energy sources are available, such as infrared radiators and contact heating elements which can be mounted directly. For a welding process by means of friction, induction or ultrasonic, the necessary customer specificequipmentismounted. The work pieces can be fixedindifferentmechanicorpneumatic systems which are specially produced according to your pieces. The standard dimensions of the work pieces’ faces are limited to 250mm x 250mm. In case of larger pieces, the realization even of special designs and special solutions is possible. In general, practically all welding methods for the respective plastic materials and processing conditions can be realized.
